Pam Brownfield founded Pulse Property Management from a recognized need, a desire to achieve more, and an exceptional ability to bring parties together for successful outcomes. Over the years, she gained invaluable work experience in various industries, including large industrial manufacturers such as Litton Industries and INSA Nardini of Brazil.
Pam attended Northern Kentucky University, pursuing a business degree and obtaining a Kentucky real estate license. While raising her two children, she managed the financials marketing for their family homebuilding business from 1998 to 2008. It was out of this extensive work experience that Pulse Property Management was born.
Judine Hooker joined Pulse Property Management in August 2015. She brings a wealth of academic qualifications, including a bachelor's degree in public relations from Valparaiso University, a master's degree in public relations from Ball State University, and a bachelor's degree in accounting from SUNY’s Empire State College.
Judine moved to Northern Kentucky in 2008 from upstate New York, returning to her old stomping grounds. She has also served in various volunteer capacities, including leadership and finance, in the communities where she has lived. Judine lives in Northern Kentucky with her husband, Kevin, and her two children.
Patricia (Trish) Wagner joined the Pulse Property Management team after a 30-year career with a top Fortune 50 company. During her corporate career, she relocated several times domestically and is keenly aware of relocation's challenges. Whether your move is across the country or town, Trish has been there. She holds an Executive MBA, PMP® certification and is a licensed Kentucky REALTOR®. Trish moved to Northern Kentucky in 2012 and lives with her husband, Mike, and their two pets.
